Ownership of The Carlisle GroupNancy G. CampNancy G. Camp, was the Vice President of Business Development for Oxford (ODCC) prior to establishing this firm. She brings to the Group her extensive experience in special event management, business management and operations, as well as construction contracting and contract negotiations expertise, with special experience in private security and communications systems. Ms. Camp has designed, built, developed, and managed private systems for major buildings and property owners. In addition to her expertise in corporate business development, Ms. Camp has consulted and provided services to a variety of major firms, including Southmark, The McNeil Companies, The Mueller Group, Private Cable Systems (a cable television and security company), USTCI (a private security and cable television company), and Lincoln Property Company. Ms. Camp earned her Masters Degree from the University of Santa Clara. Ms. Camp acts as Project Coordinator for The Carlisle Group assuring the terms and conditions of the project are met, specifically those pertaining to deadlines and schedules, construction administration, and administering Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). Principal ConsultantKenneth T. Carlisle, MBA CPPThe Project Manager, Kenneth Carlisle, is the principal consultant of The Carlisle Group and Director of Special Services. Prior to this position, he was Director of Security for The Henley Group, Allied-Signal (west), and The Signal Companies. He brought to these positions his extensive experience in large-scale security operations and management from his career years in the U. S. Marine Corps. In addition to his expertise in corporate security management, Mr. Carlisle has consulted and provided services to a variety of organizations, including: Merck & Company, Fair Isaac Companies, The Clorox Company, Mitsui-Fudosan, Kaiser Permanente, Building Owners And Managers Association, the Third Marine Aircraft Wing, the Long Beach Airport Business Park, The Henley Corporate Air Fleet, Travel and Transportation Council, San Diego Trolley, the San Diego Crime Commission, the Kaiser Family Foundation, the University of California at Berkeley, The Girl Scout Council, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mr. Carlisle earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from National University, and holds the professional designation, CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security.) He is Past Chairman of the Monterey Bay Chapter of ASIS. |
